A passionate advocate for medicinal cannabis, Dr. Hart was the first physician in London, Ontario to open a medical marijuana facility.
Hart believes medical marijuana can be an effective treatment option with an excellent safety profile.
He has successfully utilized cannabis to alleviate chronic pain, PTSD, prescription narcotic dependency and other medical conditions for hundreds of patients.
His experience with the medicinal uses of cannabis has afforded him the opportunity to discuss the potential medicinal practices of cannabis on CTV news, Rogers TV, CBC national radio and the Toronto Star, while contributing to the ongoing public debate on medical cannabis use.
